The signatory and their sponsors, and affiliates will particularly indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 36 LEARNING MATTERS, Avi Bernstein-Nahar, its officers, directors, partners, agents, members, and employees from and against any and all demands, claims, damages to persons or property, losses and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or caused by the signatory’s negligence (including but not limited to the sale and service of alcohol) or caused by any defect in the premises or equipment, other than in the case of 36 LEARNING MATTERS, or the Goethe-Institute's negligence, gross negligence, or willful misconduct. The signatory agrees that 36 LEARNING MATTERS and THE GOETHE INSTITUTE have the right to take photos, video, etc. of all events occurring during the course of the 2025 SUMMER ROSENZWEIG ACADEMY and that 36 LEARNING MATTERS will maintain ownership of all such materials. All attendees who visit 170 Beacon St. for this program or appear on screen in the course of our Zoom sessions may be photographed or recorded and the material may be posted to related social media channels without restriction.
