All parties agree that neither 36 LEARNING MATTERS, and its proprietor, Avi Bernstein-Nahar, nor the Walnut Street Minyan at 858 Walnut Street, Newton, MA will be held responsible for any liability incurred by the signatory, or their sponsors, and affiliates as a result of the signatory’s participation in this course and its associated activities. The signatory and their sponsors, and affiliates will particularly indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the parties named above, including 36 LEARNING MATTERS, and the Walnut Street Minyan, its officers, directors, partners, agents, members, and employees from and against any and all demands, claims, damages to persons or property, losses and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or caused by the signatory’s negligence (including but not limited to the sale and service of alcohol) or caused by any defect in the premises or equipment, other than in the case of the relevant parties' negligence, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

The signatory agrees that 36 LEARNING MATTERS and. the Walnut Street Minyan, and its staff and volunteers have the right to take photos, video, etc. of all events occurring during the course of the course and associated events and that 36 LEARNING MATTERS will maintain ownership of all such materials. All attendees who visit 858 Walnut Street for this program or appear on screen in the course of any Zoom sessions may be photographed or recorded and the material may be posted to related social media channels without restriction.
